The ACIP has added another indication for routine administration of Gardasil 9.

A.  Males and females aged 9 to 35 with a compromised immune system

B. Males aged 16 to 26 if they are having sex with other men

C. Males aged 16 to 26 if they have a compromised immune system

 have to get those unvaccinated 15-year-olds in the office ASAP, you can give the 9-valent Gardasil up to age 21. But now we have to remember 3 different upper-age indications depending on sex (up to age 26 for women) or sexual orientation (up to age 21 in heterosexual men and 26 in homosexual men). This is an instance of the ACIP making things more complicated, but it still seems to be the right thing to do to protect certain vulnerable groups left out of the PI recommendations.
