OSHA COVID-19 Health Screening & Medical Management for Health Care Employees

The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued its long-awaited Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on June 10, 2021. The guideline is aimed at protecting individuals working in hazardous health care settings where patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 are treated. This includes employees in hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities; emergency responders; home health care workers, and employees in ambulatory care facilities.
