A 58 y/o man describes waking in the morning with a severely swollen face. He had been fine the night before. Dispatch info: HTN (BP: 190/99); dizzy, abdominal guarding. Hx of dyspnea, arrhythmias. Denies allergies, chemical exposure. PPD smoker, heavy ETOH.  Watch the full interview.
