A 54-year-old Woman with Chest Pain Radiating to Jaw

This first-ever episode of severe chest pain was of sudden onset w/ radiation to the left side of the patient's face. No fever, vomiting, diarrhea. Pain has abated. PMH: Hyperthyroidism, hypercholesterolemia, depression. Meds: methimazole. Vitals: HR: 70 bpm; RR: 16; BP: 150/74 mm Hg.

The differential diagnosis for chest pain is broad. What is your impression?
